Mayor Pamela Marriott:
Self employed artist that owns and operates a weaving studio, Pamela has been a resident of Swan Hills for 22 years. Her husband Randy works for Pengrowth and was actively involved in the Swan Hills Search and Rescue. They have one daughter Samantha who was a Kindergarten to Grade 12 graduate of the Swan Hills School system. Samantha is now attending Grant MacEwan College for a degree in Human Resources. Pamela has served one full term as a town councilor and is now serving her second term as Mayor. Passionate about her home Pamela hopes to convey that enthusiasm to others and encourage investment and settlement in Swan Hills.

Deputy Mayor Dale Holub:
Employed by Ackland Grainger for 30 years, 24 of which he has been the manager of the Swan Hills store. Dale is entering his fifth Council term (15 years) as Deputy Mayor. Married to Louise, they have twin daughters Jill and Erin who were some of the first students to complete Kindergarten through to Grade 12. Dale Holub is an avid outdoorsman, and has a strong concern for the environment. When planning local quadding rallies, the environmental impact of the trail is taken into serious account.

Councillor Ann Nagel
Ann Nagel and her husband Ken are 40 year residents to Swan Hills, parents to 5 children and grandparents to 12 grandchildren. As local business people they owned and operated the Swan Hills Service Center and Double A Catering. After closing the garage and restaurant Ann and Ken found that they enjoyed politics and Ann dedicated herself to volunteering to make her home town a better place. Ann has served on council for the following terms:
1995-1998, 2001-2004 and 2007 to present

Councilor Doug Keough
Originally from Parsons Pond NL Doug has lived in Swan Hills since 1995. Employed by Apache Canada for 10 years, Doug is entering his first Council term. Married to Nancy, Doug has a daughter Kennedy and a son Aden. Doug is involved with Economic Development, local Chamber and Municipal Planning.

Councilor Mark Pickering
Employed as local Environmental Protection Officer with Alberta Environment, Mark moved to Swan Hills in May 2003. Mark previously worked in the Environmental Consulting field for 16 years with experience in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Mark is currently serving his first term on Town Council.

Councilor Gary Pollock
Gary Pollock has recently returned to Swan Hills politics.
Gary
started out as a Councilor. Enjoying his 3 year term and realizing that he could serve Swan Hills more fully as Mayor,
Gary
ran and was mayor for the next 15 years. After a years retirement, Gary decided that he still had time, interest and a desire to serve Swan Hills he decided to run in the by election for the open position as councilor.
