Notice of Election and Requirements for Voter Identification

After the close of Nomination Day, we have an Election!  The official list of candidates is posted for both the Mayor and Councillor positions.

Town of Swan Hills is hosting a JOINT ELECTION with Pembina Hills School Division (West Ward 2), https://www.pembinahills.ca/

Therefore, to vote, You:

  • Must complete the Statement of Elector Eligibility, and
  • Provide one (1) piece of applicable identification, and
  • Check to see if you are listed on the PER (Permanent Elector Register)

By completing the Statement of Elector Eligibility allows for you to be added to the PER if your name isn’t already on there.

ADVANCE VOTE on October 16th, 2025 with voting from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the TOWN OF SWAN HILLS (5536 Main Street), TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.

ELECTION DAY is October 20th, 2025  with voting from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm at the TOWN OF SWAN Hills (5536 Main Street), TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
